Sports Performance training develops an athlete's strength, speed, power, and conditioning.  Sports Performance training is dynamic movement and resistance based training that improves locomotion patterns, coordination, increases ability to create/absorb forces, and reduces risk of injury.

Athletes who train at X-Factor are better prepared for success both physically and mentally in their game.  At the next level, X-Factor athletes are ahead of the competition having trained & developed in a high performance environment!  

 

Athletes and teams can begin training at any point in the year (or of their season). There is no “best time” to start training other than now. Athletes that maximize their macro (annual) training cycles will always be better developed, fitter, and stronger than those who only train periodically when they feel is “best.”  Success is a choice that is earned every day!

HIGHSCHOOL GROUPS

Highschool SPEED and WEIGHTS groups are structured to develop ATHLETES.  Train with the pace, detail, and energy of a top tier collegiate  environment.  Prepare for your next game and for the next level.

YOUTH GROUPS

Grades 1-6 (Generally).  Each athlete is evaluated individually for placement.

Young athletes learn the foundations of proper movement, force production, and coordination.  Working on footwork, speed, balance, and running mechanics pay huge dividends as young athletes continue to develop!  Youth Sports Performance Groups are designed to be FUN, yet challenge each athlete to improve.
