Donald Thomas a Connecticut native and UConn grad was a sixth-round selection of the 2008 NFL Draft. An All-Big East selection out of college, Thomas went on to play 8 years in the NFL. Drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the sixth round, Thomas started as a rookie at Right Guard. He played in Miami for two years and in 2010 he played in Detroit for the Lions. After a quick stint there Thomas went to the New England Patriots where he played for 2 seasons and became a starter. In 2013 Thomas signed with the Indianapolis Colts and started at Left guard. His career was cut short due to injury. Donald still lives in the Indianapolis area and loves to coach and instruct young football players into obtaining their goals. Donald believes that hard work and dedication along with repetition is what makes an Offensive lineman a good player.
